Successfully completing many redesigns of websites to help create a better brand for them.
What is your number one priority when starting a new client project?
Knowing everything the client wants before I start.
What are your pet hates when it comes to websites and e-commerce stores?
Out-dated visuals and convoluted checkout processes.
If you had to name one thing that businesses could or should do to improve their online presence, what would it be?
Interact with customers through social media, always let them know you are there, but don’t annoy them.
What current trends or technology do you believe will make the most significant difference to online marketing and e-commerce in the next few years, and why?
Social media marketing, as engaging with customers will ensure they don’t forget about and encourage them to come to your website. It will increase brand awareness.
If you could have one piece of technology that doesn’t currently exist, what would it be?
Teleportation, make people and objects instantly move thousands of miles. Would be better than Amazon Prime delivery.
If you could advise someone looking to go into the digital industry, what would your best piece of advice be?
Set up a great website, with great visuals, clean layout and a simple flow the through pages. Make it easy for people to buy products from your website and always try and keep them engaged so they think of you the next time they need to buy something online.
